Casa das Rosas Garden and Caffe Ristoro
Free·Leashed only
A 1930s French-style mansion on Avenida Paulista, now a free house-museum run by the state culture secretariat, with a rose garden, a cafe and a shaded yard behind the front fence. Exhibitions of literature and landscape architecture fill the rooms.
Why it made the list
The museum's own visitor page states that pets are welcome in the garden and the cafe, which makes it a rare verified dog stop right on the Paulista.
Good to know before you go
The site says pets are very welcome in the outdoor areas, the garden and the cafe, as long as they are on a lead and muzzled if needed; inside the museum only guide dogs and registered emotional-support animals with documentation may enter. Garden entry is free, the cafe is separate. Source: casadasrosas.org.br, the museum's official visit page. Confidence: high.
Practical notes
The garden closes at 22:00 but the cafe stops serving at 18:00 – time the visit accordingly.
Metro Brigadeiro is 300 m away; the Paulista pavement in front is hot and crowded at rush hour.
