The Republic Bar and Grill is an open-air bar and kitchen on Asafoatse Tenpong Street in Osu, built around akpeteshie-based cocktails such as the Kokroko, plus Ghanaian plates and nightly music. It is a creative-scene institution rather than a quiet restaurant.
An open courtyard with spaced tables is the sort of layout where a calm, leashed dog can lie under a chair during early evening service.
