A French-style bakery-cafe with a branch right at Parque del Amor, the mosaic-walled clifftop park with the Gaudí-style benches and the kiss sculpture. Coffee, pastries and sandwiches with the city's most photographed dog walk at the door.
One of the few places where the dog can come indoors and then walk straight onto the clifftop.
Miraflores lists this Malecón Cisneros 101 branch in its official pet-friendly registry, which by definition means dogs may enter the premises with their owner, not just a terrace. District ordinance 529 requires pet zones to be kept away from the kitchen and the certificate is renewed yearly, so look for the current municipal sticker. Leash and waste bags still apply.
