Zurichhorn
Free·Leashed only
A lakeside park on the eastern shore of Lake Zurich with lawns, sculpture gardens, the Centre Le Corbusier and a promenade stretching toward Tiefenbrunnen. It includes a dedicated off-leash zone (Wiese Casino Zurichhorn) plus waterfront paths made for slow dog walks.
Why it made the list
Lakeside lawns, a defined off-leash meadow and easy tram access make it Seefeld's go-to dog park.
Good to know before you go
Per City of Zurich rules, leashes are required on the Seeuferanlagen (lakeshore parks) from 1 April to 30 September, 10:00-22:00; outside that window the normal supervision duty applies. The marked Hundefreilaufzone at Wiese Casino Zurichhorn is off-leash, and nearby Hundebadi spots let dogs swim along the shore.
Practical notes
Use the Wiese Casino meadow for legal off-leash fetch
From April-Sept 10:00-22:00 leash up on the promenade by law
