London's only major dog-friendly indoor attraction: well-behaved dogs on leads can walk the high-level Glass Floors 42m above the Thames and explore the Victorian Engine Rooms. The official dog-friendly page invites owners to bring dogs 'as part of the family' on their day out.
Why it made the list
A world-famous landmark that uniquely lets your dog climb the Towers and pose on the Glass Floors with you.
Good to know before you go
Official rules: dogs must be on a lead held by their owner at all times, accompanied by a responsible adult, must not jump on furniture, and should take the stairs (assistance dogs may always use the lift). No dog waste bins on site — bags must be taken away.
Practical notes
Book tickets online in advance; visit at opening for quieter walkways with your dog
Take the stairs if you can — dogs are asked to use stairs rather than the public lift

About 320 hectares of ancient woodland, meadows and ponds managed by the City of London Corporation, four miles from Trafalgar Square. Dogs may be exercised off the lead across most of the Heath under the Corporation's dog walking code of conduct.
A Grade II listed pub dating to 1585 on the edge of Hampstead Heath, known for its garden, real ales and Sunday roasts. Dogs are welcome inside and out; the garden has a dog wash and the pub keeps treats behind the bar.
