Parks · Gwangjin-gu, Seoul
Seoul Children's Grand Park
Free·Leashed, off-leash zone on site
A large family park in Gwangjin-gu with a small zoo, rides and wide lawns, plus a purpose-built pet playground inside the grounds. The park runs from 5am to 10pm; the pet playground is listed separately as open around the clock.
Why it made the list
One of the few central Seoul parks with a dedicated pet playground, so a dog can be off the lead in a defined space instead of on the main paths.
Good to know before you go
Park hours 05:00–22:00 daily, pet playground 24 hours, per the official Visit Seoul listing. Outside the pet playground a lead is required. Entry to the park is free; the zoo and some rides are ticketed separately. Telephone +82-2-450-9311; the nearest stations are Children's Grand Park on Line 7 and Gunja or Achasan on Line 5.
Practical notes
Go on a weekday morning — the rides side gets crowded at weekends
Keep the lead on between the gate and the pet playground
