It offers the most generous official pet terms in Cairo: two pets, family rooms, and grounds big enough for a real walk.
Marriott's own page states pets are welcome in family rooms only, not in public areas, with a maximum of 7 kg per pet, two pets per room and a USD 25 non-refundable fee per night.
