Everett Crowley Park

FreeOff-leash permitted

A 117,020 square metre park in southeast Vancouver on the site of a former landfill, now wooded trails and open grass above the Fraser. The off-leash area follows the inner trails rather than a fenced enclosure.

Why it made the list

It is the largest off-leash area the City lists, and the only one open all day, which suits a dog that needs distance rather than a small run.

Good to know before you go

Off-leash on the inner trails only; on a lead everywhere else in the park, including the edges of the trail network. Open 24 hours. The City's listing does not record drinking water for dogs at this site, so bring your own. Maximum three dogs per handler.

Practical notes

  • Wear boots after rain — the trails hold water
  • The inner loop is the off-leash part; put the lead back on at the path junctions

What is available on site

  • Off-leash area
  • Shaded seating

House rules and verification

The pet policy above is summarised from the venue’s own published information and cross-checked against public listings. Last checked: against the source on . Policies change without notice anyway, so confirm the current one with the venue before you travel, and keep your dog leashed anywhere that is not a signed off-leash area. Read the full disclaimer.
