Biff's Bistro
A long-running French bistro opposite Meridian Hall, part of the Oliver & Bonacini group. Its street-side terrace is one of several O&B patios in the city that openly welcome dogs, and it is a short walk from the waterfront and St Lawrence Market in central Toronto.

Good to know before you go
Oliver & Bonacini, which operates Biff's Bistro, lists the restaurant among its dog-friendly patios, so dogs are welcome on the terrace but not inside. The venue's own website does not publish regular opening hours, so telephone ahead before travelling. Ontario health rules keep dogs out of indoor dining rooms across the province.
