Kowloon Tsai Park Pet Garden
Free·Off-leash permitted
Kowloon Tsai Park's pet garden is a fenced area of about 390 square metres set aside for dogs at the entrance to the park's driveway. It is one of many pet gardens run by Hong Kong's Leisure and Cultural Services Department, with a latrine and waste bin on site.
Why it made the list
LCSD pet gardens are designed for exclusive use by pets, so dogs may run off-leash inside the fenced enclosure, unlike ordinary parks in Hong Kong.
Good to know before you go
The LCSD lists this site as a pet garden with a dog latrine and excreta-collection bin, open 24 hours daily. The department notes that pet gardens allow pets to move freely without leashes, unlike its 'Inclusive Parks for Pets', where leads are required. Source: lcsd.gov.hk; confidence is high.
Practical notes
- Bring water, as the pet garden has no drinking fountain.
- Visit in the early evening, when the enclosure is busiest and most sociable.

House rules and verification
The pet policy above is summarised from the venue’s own published information and cross-checked against public listings. Policies change without notice anyway, so confirm the current one with the venue before you travel, and keep your dog leashed anywhere that is not a signed off-leash area. Read the full disclaimer.
