Bruges Beer Experience
$$ · Moderate·Leashed only
An interactive beer museum in the historic center where visitors walk through exhibits on Belgian brewing and finish with tasting pours. Unusually for a museum, dogs are invited to walk through with you on a leash. The route is indoors and self-paced, taking roughly an hour.
Why it made the list
A rainy-day museum that explicitly lets dogs join the tour - Belgian beer culture without leaving your pup outside.
Good to know before you go
Dogs on a leash are welcome throughout the experience; opening hours were not published on the source consulted, so check the venue's site before visiting.
Practical notes
Leash length matters in the narrow exhibits
Finish with the tasting flight upstairs

The landscaped park around the Minnewater 'Lake of Love', with mature plane trees, gravelled paths and a swan-filled basin beside the UNESCO-listed Begijnhof. Leashed dogs are welcome throughout the park, and the south meadow is the de facto off-leash run for locals at golden hour.
A continuous 7 km car-free, tree-lined ramparts loop encircling the entire historic center, passing four surviving medieval gates and four windmills. The grass meadow around the Sint-Janshuismolen windmill is a local favorite off-leash run.
A traditional Flemish restaurant in the historic center known for mussels, Flemish stew (stoofvlees) and Belgian classics. It is recommended in dog-travel guides as a welcoming Bruges lunch spot for owners dining with their dogs.
